A beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable, well equipped studio apartment and a balcony with THE most spectacular view over the lake. Maria is is welcoming and kind and maintains Emerald Lake Studios to a very high standard. We didn’t want to say goodbye. Highly recommend this accommodation when in Agios Nikolaos.

We had a lovely holiday here, everything as described.The view from the balcony over the lake is amazing. Fruit in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch.Linens changed every 3 days.Spotlessly clean.Ideally situated within close proximity to all that Agios has to offer.Maria was a super host, always responded quickly to any enquires, she even organised our taxi transfers , all we had to do was turn up and pay the taxi driver and I suspect she gets the better taxis from the company as ours were luxury taxis.We would definitely go back again.Thanks once again Maria x

These are stylish and magnificently presented apartments. The balconies overlook the lake and may be one of the main attractions, but for me, Maria’s welcome made it all the more special. We stayed on a lower floor apartment and the views were just great. The location in the centre of town makes it handy for all the restaurants, bars and shops around the lake and resort. Lovely!
